My Journey to becoming a personal trainer
My Gym journey started with the love of soccer which taught me discipline and how to keep the body well maintained and conditioned which eventually led to the easy transition of strength training and plyometrics as well as corrective training which follow the same principle through time, discipline, and love I was able to learn and nurture an interest of teaching people the benefits of strength training and how it can be helpful for the mind and the body. Strength training has many benefits other than to become stronger there is also an amazing way to prevent injury by prioritizing the strength of individual muscle it can help you maintain a long and heathy life, it is also beneficial for the cardiovascular system the heart is a muscle and like all the muscles it must be it needs to be worked by allowing the heart to be able to pump enough blood in the body while working out you’re helping your nervous system regulate temperature and blood flow, knowing how to properly train, eat, and work on strengthening muscles after injury is the best way to maintain your body healthy and functional for the rest of your life,
